Ok I know I am totally obsessed...oh well! At least I can admit it:-) This is The Pioneer Womans "Corn Casserole" recipe. I was rushed...so it's not very pretty...but BOY was it still YUMMY!!!!!!!! This is a great side dish and will be a nice dish for Christmas and Thanksgiving.Link to recipe:
